A Gentle Yoga Trek with Panoramic Views & Village Life
PANCHASSE is a destination of an ancient pilgrimage site from where excellent views can be seen. There are wonderful trails in every direction to the five peaks of this holy mountain. Thickly forested, Panchasse wears a garment of very lush vegetation – tree orchid, rhododendron & many other colorful flowers. People are simple, helpful & smily so it’s really a wonderful, culturally rich and a soul fulfilling trek.
It is a beautiful and peaceful trekking destination located at the west of Pokhara city. This trek starts from 820m and continues till 2,517m high from the sea level. It is relatively an easy and relaxing trek in the Annapurna region. Any group age can easily do this trek with some care and sensibility. Being the highest hill in this region, it is very well known for rare vegetation, birds, animals and also many medicinal plants.
From Panchase we can see the breathtaking panoramic views of Himalayas such as Annapurna Range, Dhaulagiri & Manaslu Ranges, green valleys and terraced fields and some villages. Though there are different trials that can lead to Panchase each of them are similar in terms of comfort and scenic beauty.
