We provide the world’s best yoga mats for our guests — Manduka Black Mat Pro, renowned for their superior grip, natural materials, and unparalleled cushioning to ensure your practice is as comfortable as it is transformative.
To deepen your experience, the hall is fully equipped with traditional instruments for Nada Yoga and Bhakti Yoga sessions. Join in chanting with a harmonium, tablas, a traditional Nepali madal drum, tinchu bells, chin-chin bells, djembe, and tambourine. For powerful healing sound journeys, we feature a 70cm tam-tam gong, antique Himalayan singing bowls tuned to the seven chakras, and Nepal’s unique ocean drum.
For meditation, we offer soft round cushions and cozy blankets, inviting you to relax fully and connect deeply within this serene space.

Our mud bath uses natural red clay sourced from the local area, offering a deeply purifying and nourishing treatment for your skin. Guests apply a smooth, wet clay preparation to their skin, enjoying its detoxifying and moisturizing effects. The clay gently draws out impurities from the pores, releases toxins from deep tissues, and infuses the skin with vital minerals, restoring its natural glow.
Many guests find the mud bath to be a playful and joyful experience — an opportunity to reconnect with nature and your carefree side. Available on sunny days, the mud is left to dry in the warmth of the sun for 20–30 minutes before being rinsed off, leaving you feeling refreshed, cleansed, and revitalized.

Convenient & Community-Supportive A laundry service is available onsite, lovingly provided by a local family from the nearby village — a small way your stay can help support the local community. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to handwash your own clothes; we provide buckets and washing powder for your convenience.
